DESCRIPTION
COADŽ Zinc Stearate Disperso II is specifically formulated to disperse readily in aqueous systems with gentle stirring. The fine particle size aids in handling and ensures even distribution of the stearate. Recommended in applications where uniform coatings of zinc stearate is critical.

APPLICATIONS
  • Rubber Processing: COADŽ Zinc Stearate Disperso II is used on uncured rubber stocks to prevent adhesion. Uniform coatings are deposited on slabs or extruded forms from aqueous dispersions in dip tanks or baths.
STORAGE AND HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS
Storage - Store at ambient temperatures away from sources of heat or from places of extreme moisture.
Fire - Use water from a safe distance, preferably with a fog nozzle.
Handling - Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Safety goggles are recommended.
Spills - Clean up immediately. Sweep up and discard in a closed container.
Disposal - Consult Federal, State, and Local regulations. Consult the telephone book or EPA for list of approved disposal companies.

PACKAGING
COADŽ Zinc Stearate Disperso II is packaged in 25 lb. and 50 lb. multiwall bags, unitized on non-returnable wooden pallets. Please contact your Norac sales representative to discuss your special packaging requirements.
